I select relevant approaches and models tested in high stakes environments and push you to dig deep to challenge beliefs, behaviours and expectations, encouraging the tough honest conversations - with self and others - that are necessary to move the dial.
I live the behaviours that I teach, blending challenge with compassion to push for what’s possible rather than settle for what’s easy.

Jane Grant, founder of Compelling Connections, spent 21 years in global businesses including Mars, Nielsen and Boots:
Managing large sales teams and client contracts
Leading insights teams, driving value through compelling communication of insights and creating a culture of evidence-based decision making
Leading multiple change projects - in the UK and abroad - including working with C-Suite to develop customer-led strategies
An expert at turning data into insights and inspiring people to deliver tangible improvements, I also bring my ‘life’ experiences and stories into the mix - raising 3 children, sustaining a marriage, playing competitive hockey. Influencing skills are just as applicable to home life as they are to work life (more so, some days!), and this is a very important factor for me - enabling growth that impacts people positively both at work and at home.
I’m an experienced motivational interviewing practitioner and a certified Fierce Conversations® facilitator. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and am currently studying ILM Level 7 in Coaching.
